This training will help you with the design of your campaign by using information / DATA to increase your audience’s engagement for impact.

Understanding your context, dominant narrative on the Human Rights issue you are working on, understanding your audiences views on the issue and identifying group(s) that will help you change the public opinion you are trying to achieve.

Peer-to-peer learning. Our Impact Through Growth (ITG) colleagues will accompany you and provide you with their support during this process. Helping setting up, training and ongoing support.

The Steps

1. Preparation:

  • Understating what you are trying to achieved – Your Goal(s)
  • Understanding tools available
  • Exploring your current DATA

2. Audience Research and data Analysis:

  • Together we will set up the parameters of our audience research and the tools we will be using.
  • ITG team will work on audience research for you and produce a full report for your campaign
  • Learning how and best practice for your future campaigns’ audience Research and DATA analysis

3. shifting narratives workshop:

This is a three days in-house workshop about:

  • Changing narratives
  • How to use audiences analysis
  • How to build your “army”
  • How to set up KPI’s measurement

4. follow-ups and on-going support:

  • ITG team will be with you all the way during this training and the progress of your campaign
  • Specialists available on how to create content based on Social Listening insights


Led by – Amnesty International Argentina

Amnesty became one of ‘the biggest players when it came to shifting public opinion’. The changes in public opinion, in turn, were seen as one of the biggest contributors to achieving this policy change 

Amnesty’s involvement was to amplify their voices and broadcast those messages… we were there to increase the reach and attract more people

AMBER CHACIN

Fundraising Deputy Director, AI Argentina

Ambar has a degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Audiovisual Arts, graduated from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She joined Amnesty International Argentina as Head of Digital Marketing, a position with which she specialized in Social Listening, digital content creation and digital conversion strategies. She currently serves as Deputy Director of Fundraising at Amnesty International.

DANIEL GAMBOA

Fundraising Director, AI Argentina

MSc. Daniel Gamboa: Summa Cum Laude in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Master’s Degree in Marketing Management. He completed a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management with an emphasis on scientific research. Over 10 years’ consultancy experience in branding and commercial strategies across continents. Currently Director of Growth and Fundraising at Amnesty International Argentina.
