The Steps
1. Activisim training workshop:
Before the training, there will be a prep-Survey to understand our regional context and challenges
This is an in house workshop formed of three modules on activism, each module is XX days training:
- Activism for Change Module
- How to Mobilize on WhatsApp/Signal/Telegram Module
- Activism on Security Crisis Module
- Best practices and tactics case studies
2. Leadership Training Workshop:
This is a XX days in house workshop about:
- Basic definition of leadership
- How to identify a leader
- Characteristics and models of leadership
- How leadership improves activism and impact in Human Rights
- Best practice and tactics case studies
- Skill sharing videos
3. Well-Being workshop:
This is a XX days in house workshop about:
- Well-Being for Activists
- How to prevent burnout
4. ongoing support and mentoring:
- ITG team will be with you all the way during this process and help you with implementation progress and monitoring impact.
- Follow-up meetings and digital couching.
5. Evaluation:
